Michael Pascoe is a life-saver. I called him for a divorce and explained the facts of my case over a zoom call. Hiring Michael at Silicon Valley Law Offices was probably the best decision I ever made! I had no idea what I was in for when I filed for divorce. I knew I needed help and based on recommendations from friends, I called Michael who answered the phone at 7:00PM. He scheduled an appointment to meet in person in his office in Mountain View the next day. I felt relieved from the moment we met and started talking. It was only supposed to be a 30 minute free consultation, but we spoke for an hour and he grasped what I was up against and helped me form a plan. He even encourage me to speak with other attorneys until I felt comfortable. I did and none of the attorneys I spoke with held a candle to the knowledge Michael displayed and the attention he gave my case. I was equally impressed with his staff. Jessica was so warm and caring and she knew exactly what was happening whenever I called and would get Michael anytime I felt we needed to speak. Michael was my divorce attorney in 2015, which was a mess, but he made it work out.  I contacted Michael again for a premarital agreement earlier this year before getting married again.  My fiancé at the time was hesitant to get a prenup and I spoke with Michael about this and he suggested all meet together.  We both went to see Michael at his office and after the meeting she was completely on board.   Michael is also going to help us with our Estate Plan, he is doing a will and trust for my wife and I.   He’s a great lawyer!
